Why I Sold Iyanya’s Triple MG Share to Paul Okoye – Ubi Franklin

Triple MG boss, Ubi Franklin, has confirmed that he indeed sold 50% of the company’s shares, formerly owned by Iyanya to Paul Okoye, the CEO of Upfront and Personal. He made the confirmation after the label’s star artiste, Tekno, dropped the news on his Instagram.

Explaining how the deal went down to The Cable, Ubi explained that he had to buy the shares from Iyanya when his ex co-owner was leaving in August 2016.

He wrote, “When Iyanya was leaving, I bought over his shares so I owned 100% of the company so I sold those shares to Paul Okoye of Upfront and Personal.”

“Paul Okoye now owns part of MMMG.”

The artiste manager further assured that a press conference to address recent developments in the company, will soon be held.
